    LIT (Leader In Training) is a leadership training program for students entering 10th to 12th grade OR just graduated in the spring of 2026.

    This is a 4-day training session for teenagers who aspire to be future camp leaders and want to spend part of their summer impacting campers for Christ.

Safety
Matters

OUR FACILITY:

Our Facility Team works hard to make sure we are above and beyond state and national safety codes in all our facilities.

Throughout the year, our buildings are inspected every week for repairs or upkeep.

During the summer, we train our Summer Staff on how to clean well so your campers can enjoy a clean and safe experience.

OUR STAFF:

We make it a goal to hire outgoing, approachable and friendly Camp Cabin Leaders! We know how important it is to surround children with positive, encouraging role models, especially when they are away from home.

All staff go through background checks before joining our team.

Our Cabin Leaders receive intensive training how to best include all campers and find ways to respond and help your child navigate through emotional struggles.

All our Summer Staff undergo hands-on training in CPR/First Aid.

Our Core Team includes Emergency Medical Responders, Emergency Medical Technicians, and a Paramedic Instructor.
