Camp Rivercrest has established a financial assistance fund from generous donations of individuals and churches in order to assist families of campers who need some financial assistance to attend camp. Financial Assistance is for individuals who would benefit from a summer camp experience at Rivercrest but would otherwise not be able to afford the camp fees due to financial hardship.

EACH CAMPER REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MUST BE ENROLLED IN THE ‘APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE’ SESSION.

Please complete ALL of the following items in order to be considered for Financial Assistance:

  1. Login or create your account

  2. On your Camp Rivercrest dashboard, select the camper you are wanting to request Financial Assistance for

  3. Select “Add Program”

  4. Choose the “Apply for Financial Assistance” Session

  5. Complete the application

Please allow up to 2 weeks for application processing. We will notify you by email with the results of your application so please verify the listed email account is correct.

If you register your child for a camp session, only make the $150 deposit.  Financial Assistance only applies to session fees and does not apply to session options such as the Airboat Ride, Paintball, or store deposits.  All summer camp registration balances will be due 4 weeks before your campers session begins.

Local Churches

Several churches have financial assistance funds that assist kids in their congregation with the cost of camp. Please ask your church about camp financial assistance. If your church does not already have a fund, encourage them to start one today!
