1. If you cancel a summer camper's registration prior to four weeks before the session start date, all but the $100 deposit will be refunded. Cancelations within 4 weeks of the session start date are non-refundable, except for medical emergencies in which case Camp Rivercrest must receive prompt, written notice from a qualified physician verifying the camper's injury or illness for the week of camp for which they wish to cancel.

  2. Any cancellation due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19, including other pandemics, epidemics, and/or other diseases that the CDC and/or other public health authorities may have identified currently, will result in a forfeiture of, at a minimum, the $100 deposit.

  3. No-shows for any session forfeit their entire camp fee.

  4. Once the camp session begins, there are no refunds. Children that are sent home during camp due to illness, injury, inappropriate behavior, or homesickness are not eligible for a refund.

  5. Snack Shack money will be non-refundable after the camp session begins. Your camper will have the opportunity to donate to a Mission Project during their camp session with their Snack Shack money. Camp Rivercrest will open the Snack Shack between 2:45 and 4:15 PM on the session's pick-up day to allow you to use all funds before leaving camp. After the camp session closes, the snack shack money will be unuseable and non-refundable. All unused snack shack money will go toward camper financial assistance for the next year.

  6. All extra options (Airboats, Paintball, Snack Shack credit) are refundable if a camp session reservation is canceled prior to the start date.

  7. Camp Rivercrest reserves the right to make all final decisions and changes to this policy
